Qualifications/Requirements

The applicant should meet the following requirements:

1. Compliance with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, possessing good scientific ethics, conscientiously adhering to the spirit of the new era scientist.

2. Born on or after 1 January 1985.

3. Holding a doctoral degree.

4. With research focus mainly in natural sciences, engineering technology, etc.

5. With continuous work experience of more than 36 months (by the year 2025) after obtaining the doctoral degree, holding a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or research and development institution of an enterprise. For those who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas and have outstanding achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed appropriately.

6. Having research or technological achievements recognized by peers, and having the potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the field.

7. The applicant has not yet worked full-time in China (returned to China) or returned to China to work after January 1, 2024.After receiving the funding notification, the applicant must resign from the overseas job or hold no job overseas and work full-time in China (return to China) for no less than 3 years.

浙江工商大学是浙江省人民政府、商务部和教育部共建大学，坐落于风景秀丽的杭州，前身是创建于1911年的杭州中等商业学堂，是我国最早创办的商业专门学校之一。1980年经国务院批准成立杭州商学院，1998年从原商业部直属院校改为“中央与地方共建，以地方管理为主”，2004年经教育部批准更名为浙江工商大学。百余年来学校秉承商科办学传统，坚持走特色办学之路，以经管类学科为主，理工文法等多学科协调发展，办学水平不断提高。2017年，学校被确定为浙江省重点建设高校，统计学、工商管理学入选省优势特色学科名单。2023年，学校入选浙江省“双一流196工程”院校，统计学入选省登峰学科建设名单，工商管理学、马克思主义理论入选省优势特色学科名单。

University Profile

Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU) is located in the scenic city of Hangzhou. Its predecessor was the Hangzhou Intermediate School of Commerce, established in 1911. In 1980, with the approval of the State Council, it became Hangzhou Institute of Commerce, and in 1998, it shifted from being under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Commerce to a model of joint central and local government construction, primarily managed by the local government, Especially in 2004, it was renamed Zhejiang Gongshang University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. For over a century, the university has adhered to a tradition of business education the university has followed a path of distinctive education. ZJGS consists of three campuses in Xiasha, Jiaogong Road and Tonglu, covering an area of 2740 mu. ZJGS is an international university with characteristics in Zhejiang Province, and has carried out multi-form and cross-level cooperation and exchanges with more than 250 universities and research institutions from more than 50 countries. Since 2004, the school has cooperated with the University of Quebec to train the Master of Project Management (MPM). In 2008, the French Union of Zhejiang Gongshang University was established as the sole partner of the French Union in Zhejiang Province. 浙江工商大学工商管理学科，本科教育始于1978年，企业管理二级学科博士点具有20年历史，工商管理一级学科博士点10多年历史。2016年获批浙江省A类一流学科，2017年成为浙江省唯一重点建设的工商管理优势特色学科，并成为中国人民大学商学院战略共建学科。学科通过中国高质量MBA教育认证（CAMEA认证）、AMBA认证和BGA金牌认证，连续8年获准ACCA白金级会员。2024年在软科最好学科排名第14位，学科实力居前5%。

The undergraduate education of Business Administration in Zhejiang Gongshang University began in 1978. The doctoral program of second-level Business management has a history of 20 years, and the doctoral program of first-level Business Administration has a history of more than 10 years.
